How to prepare :

*Put in 2-3g of burdock in a cup of hot water and infuse for about 2-3 minutes.

Then enjoy it.

*For a larger amount

Put in 15-20g of burdock on 1 L or 2 L of water and boil it. You can reuse the leaves for a second brew. Only 5 grams of new leaves will be enough. After cooling it, keep theburdock tea in bottles and drink it every day as water.

 

Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or in the
